Guided Tour St. John, NB
Enjoy a guided tour of Saint John, New Brunswick, the oldest incorporated city in Canada.

Your tour will include the historic uptown area including the Loyalist Burial Ground and the City Market. The oldest continually operating market in Canada is the perfect chance to buy souvenirs and perhaps try a local delicacy such as dulce. Travel along tree lined streets and learn how this vibrant city had to recover from a devastating fire that nearly destroyed the entire city in the late 1800s. Near the entrance to the harbour stands an iron lamp known as "The Three Sisters." It has guided mariners into the harbour since 1848.

Have several picture taking opportunities including Fort Howe overlooking the uptown core. Learn about the Loyalists that arrived looking for a new home in the new world.

No tour in Saint John would be complete without a visit to Reversing Falls. Learn more about the phenomena of the tides of the Bay of Fundy.

One Way Ferry from St. John, NB to Digby, NS
Enjoy a scenic one way ferry crossing from St. John, NB to Digby, NS aboard the MV Fundy Rose.
Relax in the main lounge where you can catch the daily featured movie presentation. If you are an outdoor enthusiast then feel free to stroll the decks, feel the wind in your face and search the bay for a sighting of the endangered right whale or other sea life.
The MV Fundy Rose offers the Mid Ship Cafe for Starbucks and Light Fare, grab a drink at the Crow's Nest, or visit the Acadia Eatery, featuring a full daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.

The sailing is approximately 2 hours.

Lloyd Smith, "Town Crier"
Lloyd Smith, "Town Crier," will induct each passenger into "The Order of Good Cheer." This is a ceremony that began in 1605 and is sanctioned by the Province of Nova Scotia. Each visitor will be inducted and receive a certificate stating such. Fully costumed, Lloyd Smith will meet our group at the Old Orchard Inn at dinner time.

Grand-Pre National Historic Site
Grand-Pre National Historic Site is a park set aside to commemorate the Grand-Pre area of Nova Scotia as a centre of Acadian settlement from 1682 to 1755, and the deportation of the Acadians which began in 1755 and continued to 1762.

A commemorative church houses exhibits, paintings, and a stained glass window.

Outside the church is a Statue of Evangeline, the fictional heroine of Longfellow's famous poem.

The park is wheelchair accessible.

Peggy's Cove
Located Southwest of Halifax, this tiny, picturesque village lies nestled in a snug harbor where lobster fishermen live and work. The area is surrounded by bold granite outcroppings where, during a storm, the sea dashes against the shoreline.
One of the many lighthouses dotting the Lighthouse Route, extending southwest from Halifax to Yarmouth may be seen in this artist's haven.
The Sou'Wester Restaurant and gift shop is also located at the world famous Peggy's Cove Lighthouse.

Tattoo Festival
Featuring over 2,000 world-class Canadian and international military and civilian performers, the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo Festival lives up to its reputation as one of the world's premiere cultural and entertainment events.
The Tattoo strikes a unique balance, featuring pipes and drums, military and civilian bands, historic re-enactments, dancers, acrobats, choirs, military displays and competitions, drama and comedy in a number of innovative acts.

Ferry from Caribou, NS to Woods Island, PEI
Northumberland Ferries offers what is simply the best way to travel between Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The Confederation and the Holiday Island Ferries proudly ply the waters between Caribou and Wood Islands in just 75 minutes and, in the process, offer a unique opportunity to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea and the sky.

Anne of Green Gables Museum
The Anne of Green Gables Museum at Silver Bush, Park Corner has a treasure around every corner. On this 110-acre property you will find a museum, an antique shop, a craft shop with the finest Anne of Green Gables products available, a tea room with a view of the Lake of Shining Waters, Matthew's Carriage Rides, a playground for the children, and some of the most beautiful scenery found on Prince Edward Island.

L.M. Montgomery chose to be married in front of the fireplace in the parlour of the Campbell homestead on July 5, 1911. The same organ and furnishings that were used at the time of L.M. Montgomery's wedding are still used today when young couples from around the world come to the Campbell home to be married.

Enjoy a scenic carriage ride on the grounds of the Museum.

See a Potato Planting/Digging demonstration.

Also, enjoy fresh tea and cookies in the tea room!

Confederation Bridge Crossing
The Confederation Bridge joins the provinces of Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick, Canada and forms part of the Trans Canada Highway - making travel to and from the mainland fast and simple. At 12.9 kilometers, it is the longest bridge over waters that freeze in the world.
