Cancellations must be made 21 or more days prior to departure to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee. Cancellations 20 or less days prior to departure are non-refundable.Changes and ticket transfers are allowed up to the time of departure at no charge (for same break/same direction only) depending on availability and done through the Rally website.
